Urbana MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) strives to provide a nurturing place where you can relax and connect with other moms and share the joys and struggles of your daily life with other women. Urbana MOPS seeks to provide an outlet for moms to open up to others, to be creative, and to grow emotionally and spiritually. Experience warmth and shared wisdom from other moms, not all the same age, lifestyle, or background, but all with a shared desire to be the best mothers they can be. Don’t miss your chance to get refueled, reconnected, and rejuvenated as a mom.
Who can attend MOPS? Any mother who is pregnant or has a child age newborn through the end of Kindergarten.
When does MOPS meet? MOPS meets the 3rd Thursday of each month (September to May) from 6:00pm-8:00pm. We also have extra activities throughout the year. Where does MOPS meet? Meetings are held in the Fireside Room at the 1999 E St Rt 29 – What happens at MOPS? *Speakers – on topics related to being a women and a mom *Creative Activities – provide new ideas and creative fun *Food – there is always something yummy! Does MOPS provide childcare? Yes. Childcare is available for all ages of your children. Urbana MOPS is dedicated to serving and caring for the mothers in the MOPS group, as well as mothers not connected to a church.

READY TO REGISTER? Here's How... Registration is simple. Attend a MOPS meeting, email us, or contact a Steering Team member. Registration Fee – MOPS International: MOPS International requires a registration packet for all MOPS moms.
** If this registration fee is a financial burden for you and your family, please tell a Steering Team member! There has been money donated to MOPS specifically to cover the registrations of moms in need. Do NOT let $23.95 stand in your way of being part of MOPS! **
